Institutional Register

Protocol Institutional Register

A read-only record of verified protocol memory. Each entry is derived from an on-chain protocol event and traces back to it. This is the protocol's durable institutional record — not Story, not Recognition, not governance, and not a claim of return or investment value.

On this page

The Institutional Register is the protocol's durable memory record — verified facts derived from on-chain events, each tracing back to its anchor.

INDEXINGReading on-chain sources — the register is still indexing.
Sources: 6/6 available

The public view reads a bounded recent window and does not assert full deployment-to-now coverage, so no historic claims are made.

Verified protocol memory · read-only

The Institutional Register is the protocol's durable record of significant protocol-level events — treasury and liquidity movements, supply burns, milestones, and chapter coordinates. Each entry is derived from an on-chain event and preserves the full lineage back to its transaction, so it can be independently verified. Only active (accepted) and draft (approved, awaiting finalisation) entries appear here.

This is a protocol record only — not equity, debt, a dividend, revenue share, a governance right, or a promise of profit. It confers no rights and represents no investment value. It is not Story, not Recognition, and not the public Chronicle.

Active

Accepted institutional memory — finalised by a human / governance act.

Draft

Approved upstream, awaiting human / governance finalisation — not yet durable.

Institutional memory entries

Newest first. Each entry traces to an on-chain event. Held and rejected entries are kept internal; nothing here is auto-published or editorial.

Provenance

How an entry earns its place

Every entry is the end of a deterministic chain. Nothing is written by hand; an entry becomes durable only after a human / governance finalisation.

Scope

What the register records

The protocol-level event classes the register supports today (live), seeds from verified protocol-birth facts that predate the scanner (seeded), or reserves for the future (reserved). A reserved class is declared so the vocabulary stays stable — no fact is invented for it.

  • genesisseeded

The protocol's origin coordinate (token / contract / initial-state birth facts). Seeded as verified/locked genesis entries that predate the event scanner; chapter coordinates are recorded live.

  • token deploymentseeded

The SYN token contract deployment. Seeded as a verified genesis fact (anchored to the live token contract); predates the event scanner.

  • initial distributionseeded

The initial supply creation and allocation across the published distribution. Seeded as a verified genesis fact (anchored to the token contract and allocation wallets).

  • sale deploymentseeded

The membership-sale contract deployment. Seeded as a locked genesis fact (pinned to its creation transaction and deployment block); predates the event scanner.

  • first liquidityseeded

The first establishment of the SYN/USDC pair. Seeded as a locked genesis fact pinned to the pool creation transaction; predates the event scanner.

  • liquidity eventlive

A change to the protocol liquidity position (seeding live; removals held for human framing).

  • burn / Proof of Burnlive

A protocol-initiated supply reduction, framed protocol-centrically; held for human framing.

  • first artifactreserved

The first artifact to enter the archive. Recorded live as an artifact issuance; the 'first' claim is coverage-gated.

  • milestonelive

A pre-declared structural threshold the protocol crossed — a permanent coordinate.

  • chapterlive

A protocol chapter coordinate that anchors the seats claimed within it.

  • treasury movementlive

A protocol treasury flow; significance depends on direction and is framed by a human.

  • treasury acquisitionlive

The protocol treasury acquiring the means to operate.

  • treasury revenuelive

Recurring protocol treasury flow; routine activity, not permanent memory.

  • operations spendlive

Operational spending by the protocol; routine unless framed as significant by a human.

  • campaign fundingreserved

Funding of a named protocol campaign. Reserved — maps to treasury/operations until separately detectable.

  • protocol-owned asset movementreserved

Movement of a protocol-owned asset. Reserved — not separately detectable yet.

  • external protocol revenuereserved

Revenue from an external protocol integration. Reserved — not detectable yet.

  • system-wallet actionlive

An action by a protocol system wallet; held for human framing.

  • protocol-steward actionlive

A protocol-wallet (steward) funding or burn, framed protocol-centrically; held for human framing, never as a personal achievement.
